Broccoli with Olives, Lemon and Garlic
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 hd broccoli, cooked
- 2 T butter
- 2 cl garlic, chopped
- 1/4 C black olives, halved
- 1 T lemon rind
- 2 T lemon juice
Instructions
- Sauté the garlic in the butter. Add the lemon rind, juice and olives. Season to taste.
- Dress the broccoli, plate and serve.
